Usual Shipping Times:
We make everything to order and aim to dispatch your order within 5 days.
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Non-UK orders are sent using tracked delivery.
Occasionally some of our more complicated designs and collaborations may take a little bit longer to send out, but that will be detailed on the individual item listings.
Packaging:
Your item will come carefully packaged in recycled tissue paper, and sent in either a recycled cardboard mailing box, or a sturdy recyclable envelope.
To add a gift box to your order for £1.00 - please select one from the "Gift Boxes" category in the menu.
(please note that for some of our much bigger pieces, gift boxes are unavailable)
Our gift boxes are made from environmentally friendly cardboard and are manufactured entirely in the UK.
Gift Giving info:
We can send your gift directly to the recipient!
When checking-out, enter the address of the gift recipient in the "SHIPPING" section. And then enter the recipient's name in the "NOTES OR INSTRUCTIONS" section.
And you can also write a personal gift message in the "NOTES OR INSTRUCTIONS" section, for us to include with your gift!

Postage & Delivery
UK postage is £2.75, and items are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Non-UK postage (Excluding EU & NI & USA) is £10.70.
Your order will be sent using a recorded delivery.
USA:
The flat shipping cost for any size of order will be £11.10.
We have adjusted our shipping rates and settings to conform with the new 10% tax rate and handling fees that came in to place in August 2025.
We hope it all makes sense.
And then there will be an additional 10% of the retail price of your order added on at the checkout stage.
We then pay this 10% to Royal Mail when we purchase the shipping labels, so that your order will have the duty paid before it enters the USA.
EU & Northern Ireland: WE CAN NO LONGER SHIP TO YOU
We're currently still not able to ship to you. It's very frustrating, but currently the extra administrative costs for shipping to Europe are still too much for us to absorb, but we'll keep seeing if there are other options available to us!
Customs and Import Taxes
Please note that the buyer is responsible for all customs and import taxes that may be applied.
Returns
Just let us know if you have any problems and we will happily sort out a replacement or refund.
Our chains etc:
All our silver plated necklaces, earrings, rings and cufflinks are nickle free.
Our chains, jump rings and clasps are all manufactured in the UK and we source all our other findings in the UK where possible.

As everything is hand-made to order, we can easily accommodate any special requests.
