Make Your Own Secret Code Necklace or Brooch

We've created a secret code (little symbols for each letter of the alphabet) so you can wear a necklace or brooch with messages/words/symbols on that only you know the meaning of : )

**IN THIS LISTING YOU GET TO CHOOSE THE LETTERS/SYMBOLS YOURSELF!**

Brooches can be from 2 to 3 "letters" and necklaces can be from 2 to 5 "letters"

(The individual symbols, and the Yes, No & Maybe necklaces are all available to order on separate listings!)

HOW TO ORDER YOUR OWN SECRET CODE:

Step 1. Select from the drop-down menu how many "letters" (symbols) you'd like to order..

Step 2. Make sure you're selecting the correct "necklace" or "brooch" option!

Step 3. Add a + sign to your cart if you need one..

Step 4. IMPORTANT: Let us know in the "notes and instructions" section at the checkout which letters/symbols you would like and which order you would like them in! (and where you'd like the + sign if you're having one)

e.g: if you want your initials + your loved one's initials, then write them out like this:

" XV + TR (X-ray fish, Violet + Tree, Rose)"

e.g: if you'd like the name "ZOE" then write it out like this:

"ZOE (Zig-zag, orange, egg)"

(and if you'd prefer a black or white background, let us know, otherwise we will choose which one we think looks the nicest with your chosen letters)

BLACK OR WHITE BACKGROUND?

Most of the multiple combinations will come on a white background.

But we think a few of the individual symbols stand out better on a black background.

You can see which colour background we've chosen for all the single letters/symbols in the group picture of them here. (available on a separate listing)

If the selection of letter/symbols you choose for a longer message are predominantly ones that look better against black, then we will put them on a black background (like the YES and the A-ha examples here)

But if you have a preference either way, just let us know in the "notes and instructions" at the checkout, with the other details of your order.

PRICES AND DIMENSIONS:

Brooches range from £21 (for two letters) to £28 (for three letters)

And the brooches measure between approx 6cm wide (for two letters) to approx 8.5cm wide (for 3 letters). They have a safety catch brooch pin glued to the back.

Necklaces range from £21 (for two letters) to £42 (for five letters)

And the necklaces measure between approx 6cm wide (for two letters) to approx 14cm wide (for five letters).

You can choose between a 40cm or 60cm silver plated chain for the necklaces. (the ones being worn here are 40cm)

And adding a + sign costs 5p!

SECRET CODE INSPIRATION AND EXAMPLES!

The possibilities are endless! Here are some more examples of secret messages you might choose, as illustrated in the pictures here:

- You could choose your initials, or your loved one's initials, or yours and theirs together all work nicely! And you can add a little + sign to combine them : )

- Short names work well. If your name is Zoe for example, then you could choose Zig-zag, Orange, Egg. (Or you could just choose the Zig-zag by itself in our other listing for the individual letter)

- Short words work well: Yes, No or Maybe for example : ) (which are actually available on a separate listing!)

- If you're in love with an "Alex Jenkinsen" (for example) but you don't want Alex (or the world) to know, then select the Acorn and the Jelly : )

- And of course you can just choose the symbols because you like the way they look! Love the Acorn and the Jelly together - go for it! No need for them to represent anyone or anything!

- Love Cagney and Lacey? Choose the Cat + Lemon!

- Love A-ha? Choose the Acorn, Horseshoe, Acorn!

- Perhaps the symbols hold special meaning for you? Do Keys and Cats hold sentimental meaning? If so, choose the Key + Cat (equally this works for Kath + Cath - or any other words beginning with these letters!)

You can combine them for all kinds of reasons......What is your secret message going to be? : )
